On January 20, 2015 our loving mother, Sylvia Baca went home after a long and wonderful life filled with love and joy. Sylvia was born in San Fidel, New Mexico on December 22, 1928. Sylvia is survived by 10 of her 11 children, Rosalie Gonzalez and Henry, Barbara Sanchez, Delfina Garcia and Eutimo, Robert Sarceda, Carol Perez and Gilbert, Chris Sarceda and Juana, Laura Baca, Lynn Baca, Leroy Baca, Connie Swanson and son-in-law, Joe De la Portilla. Sylvia was also the proud grandmother of 27 grandchildren; great-grandmother of 55 great-grandchildren (and growing); and great-great-grandmother to 7 great-great-grandchildren (and growing). Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband, Fernandez Baca; daughter, Sylvia De la Potilla; son-in-law, Ronald Sanchez; granddaughter, Mindy Garcia; and great-grandson, Carlos Dailey. Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother we love you and will miss you. You have gone, but will never be forgotten. Farewell dear one, until we meet again...
