Resident of North St. Paul Dec. 21, 1935 ~ Mar. 5, 2011 Preceded in death byparents, Patrick Lynch and Margaret (McDonagh) Lynch. Survived by loving wife of 54 years, Marlene (Olson); 3 sons, Michael (Maryann), Mark (Mary) and Scott (Betty); 1 daughter, Theresa "Tessy"; 10 grandchildren, Michael Jr., Amy (Nate) Longen, Jeff, Jessica, Katie, Molly,Brianna (Matt) Lemay, Becky, Justin and Kim; 1 great grandson, Anthony; 2 brothers, Patrick (Leona) and John (Ellie); many relatives, friends and neighbors. Tom was a graduate of Dunwoody Institute, and worked for the City of North St. Paul Engineering Dept., Westwood Engineering and SEH Engineering. He was a volunteer with North St. Paul Fire Dept. and EMS. Memorial Mass Thursday (3/10) 11:00 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 2600 N. Margaret St., North St. Paul. Visitation Wednesday 4-8 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, and one hour prior to Mass at church.
