Warner Robins, GA: Verna P. Greene, 90, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at Serenity Gate in Perry. Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Greene was born in Mitchell County, GA to the late Jesse M. and Mattie Martin Pafford. She was a member of the River of Light Church of God and was a homemaker. Survivors include her daughters Patty Barnes Jackie and Theresa Hise Lewis all of Warner Robins, 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Contributions may be made to Serenity Gate at 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA, 31088, in memory of Mrs. Greene. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
