Warren D. Ohman

Warren D. Ohman, 88, passed away September 5, 2020, in Olympia, Washington. He was born February 14, 1932, to Oscar and Vera Ohman in Hoquiam, Washington, and lived there until 1961. He then resided in Elma and McCleary, Washington, from 1961 to 2018, before moving to Puget Sound Health Care Olympia the past two years. Warren married Gloria Nelson on November 20, 1955, in Hoquiam; she passed away after 61 years of marriage on May 28, 2016. Warren served in the U.S. Army in the early 1950s, and was stationed in Germany. Professionally, he was a service station owner, mechanic, and truck driver. Warren was very friendly, loved to visit, and was known for his smile. He also loved fishing and smoking fish, and cooking for hundreds of volunteer workers. He was an Elder at Jehovah’s Witnesses. He is survived by his son, Keith Ohman of Lacey, Washington; daughter, Ramona Wells of McCleary; five grandchildren; and brother, Kenneth Ohman of Vancouver, Washington.
