William N. Reim, predeceased by his parents Norman "Moe" and Doris Reim. Bill was a lifelong resident of Woodbury Heights, NJ. He passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the age of 69. Legacy Bill worked for PSE&G at the Salem nuclear power plant for 30 years, until retiring. In earlier years Bill also worked for Budd's Pools in Deptford. During this time he built 2 family homes from the ground up. He loved working with his hands. He also coached Babe Ruth baseball and all of his kids in multiple sports for the Woodbury Heights Boy's Club. Bill was a family man and loved spending time with family and friends. He was a hard worker, a loving “Poppop”, a “Bigfoot Believer”, fisherman, gardener, beer enthusiast, the ultimate griller of meats, story teller and self proclaimed “Mountain Man". Bill was always around to lend a helping hand and share information when needed. Family Bill is the beloved husband of 37 beautiful years to Susan (Lightcap) Reim; loving father of Melissa, Pamela (Stephen Duncan II), Christopher (Kayleigh), Kaitlyn & Kyle; loving grandfather of Billy, Brenna, Ella, Addi, Skylar, Stevie, Blake, Emmie, Challen & Tess; cherished brother of Barbara Sojourner (Ted), Ed (Lisa) and brother-in-law of Mark Lightcap (Sharon), Blair Lightcap (Donna), Jim Lightcap (Debi), Barb Kratzer (Ken) and the late Steve Lightcap. Father-in-law to Bill Packer. Bill also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. Bill’s motto was "Family forever" and everything he did revolved around his family. His grandchildren were his pride and joy and he was their loving "Big" poppop. He was a one of a kind man with a heart of gold. Our hearts are broken and he will be truly missed. ln lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Woodbury Heights. McGuinness Funeral Homes - Woodbury

We have served the Woodbury community since 1951, when our founder, James A. McGuinness, opened our first funeral home. He knew the importance of families having a trustworthy, local funeral home to help them memorialize their lost loved ones and navigate grief. Our beautiful funeral home in Woodbury was originally built in the late 1700s, and has since been rebuilt to honor its original charm and comfortable, warm feel. Once you walk through our doors, you become family....
