Edward T. Dolin

Edward Thomas Dolin, 85, of Seminole, Florida, passed away on May 2, 2026, at his home in Freedom Square. Born in Chicago in 1940 and raised in Oak Lawn, Illinois, Tom graduated from St. Louis University in 1962 with a Bachelor's of Science degree. Following college, Tom served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. He worked as an accountant and became CFO at Custom Mobility in Seminole where he retired. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Collette Dolin. He is survived by his children, Tom Dolin and Tracey (Ed) Waldmann, and his grandchildren.

Tom had a zest for life, enjoyed a good party, and loved the outdoors and camping. He was a dog lover with a special fondness for Beagles and Labrador Retrievers. He was a life long reader and took weekly trips to the library to check out books, particularly books about history. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and kept all their pictures and artwork on display on his refrigerator. He also worked on behalf of U.S. veterans and volunteered his time helping to manage a scholarship fund for students entering the health care field.
