Jack served in the Navy, attended Virginia Tech, was an Independent Business Owner in NOVA for over 40 years, born in Doe Hill Virginia in 1930 and raised in Arlington Virginia. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Beverly Greer Hoover & sister Fae Hudler of Houston, Texas
