Darrell F. Eberth
May 26, 1956 — May 28, 2026
Darrell Frank Eberth was born May 26, 1956 to Frank Alphonse Eberth and Mary Florence Reeves Eberth, in Santa Ana, California. Darrell passed away peacefully in his home in Denver, Colorado on May 28, 2026.
There will be a celebration of life for Darrell at a later time.
Darrell loved to travel. After college he travelled to many countries. He was so outgoing, loved people, especially anyone who was slightly different. He loved bringing a pack of Modelos to neighbors and making connections with anyone he said hello to. Darrell loved movies especially The Pirates of the Caribbean and Planet of the Apes. We would watch all the pirate movies and every time there was a new Planet of the Apes, we would always go to the movie theater. Darrell was an exceptional chef and an even better mixologist. He loved to cook for others and enjoyed having a good time with his close friends and family.
Being an avid sports fan especially football, he would always have some sort of fantasy football league and enjoyed watching all sports. Darrell was a top tier athlete from waterpolo, basketball, golf, biking, swimming, skiing, and triathlons, he thrived at all. He especially loved swimming. Water seemed to be a place he connected with, from the local swimming pool to the ocean. He was truly a fish at heart. Above all, his girls were his pride and joy, cherishing each of us in his heart.
Today he is up in heaven dancing, playing fantasy football, watching the Pirates of the Caribbean, having a long overdo beer with his dad, hugging his mom so close, and playing the craziest water polo match anyone has ever seen.
Darrell lived a full life filled with fun, love, and challenges. He will be missed by those who were blessed enough to know and love him.
Darrell is survived by his children who were very much loved by him: Jennifer Wilhelm, Andrea Eberth, Hannah Eberth, and his grandchildren Gabrial Ramirez and Anna Ramirez.
Absent from the body, present with the Lord. His soul forever lives on in heaven. No more tears, pain, or sorrow; eternal peace, comfort, and love.
We love you dad.
