It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael W. Bishop, a devoted father, proud veteran, and kind-hearted man whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Michael dedicated his life to serving his country, proudly serving in the United States Air Force from 1983 to 2012. His military career reflected his commitment, integrity, and sense of duty, qualities that remained with him throughout his life.

Above all else, Michael loved his family. He is survived by his five sons: Michael, Joel, Anthony, Jared, and Benji, who were the pride and joy of his life. His love, guidance, and unwavering support will remain with them always.

Michael had a passion for collecting just about anything that caught his interest. Whether it was a unique find or a treasured keepsake, he found joy in the stories behind the things he collected. He was also a loyal fan of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Detroit Red Wings, faithfully cheering on his teams through every season.

Those who knew Michael will remember his good heart, his quiet strength, and his generous spirit. He touched many lives through his kindness, his sense of humor, and his willingness to help others.

Though he is no longer with us, Michael's legacy lives on through his sons, the countless memories he created, and the lives he impacted. He will be deeply loved, forever remembered, and greatly missed.
