Margaret Ann Svenson

Margaret ( Mikki ) Ann Svenson, age 84, passed peacefully on Monday, March 16, 2026.  She was born in San Francisco, CA on May 19, 1941.  Mikki married the love of her life, the late Lars ( Whitey ) Svenson in New York City in 1961.  There, they had two sons.  Wanting to raise their family in a smaller town, Whitey and Mikki moved their two boys to Arvada, Colorado in 1964.  There, they added a daughter and another son to their family.    Mikki's career began working for the Government's Immigration and Naturalization Department.  It was here that she met Whitey.  Mikki then focused on raising her children for many years to later starting another career working for the K-Mart pharmacy for 27 years.   Mikki had many passions that included her love of music, gardening, attending church and her biggest passion was her family. Mikki is survived by her sons, Greg (Jill) Svenson and Steve (Darla) Svenson;  daughter, Kristin (Tom) Centa;  son, Bob Svenson.  Grandchildren, Alex Klarc, Alexis (Adam) Svenson, Alec (Karyssa) Svenson and Aidan (McKenna) Svenson;  Taylor (Ryan) Clark, Savannah Svenson and Emma (Spencer) Morgan;  Lauren (Seth) Ferguson, Jessica Centa.  Great Grandchildren, Brayden, Kenzington, Astrid, Ember and Ayla.  Sister, Kathy (Rex) Johnson;  Brother, John Kloer.  Nephews, Russel (Stephanie) Johnson and Mike (Michelle) Johnson.   She was proceeded in death by her husband, Lars (Whitey) Johan Svenson;  Mother, Hilda Kloer;  Brother, Frederick Kloer.   Join us for a Celebration of Life in Honor of Margaret Ann Svenson Friday, the 8th of May at 11am at St Paul's Community Church 8001 W 23rd Ave Lakewood, CO  80214.
