Richard Allen Marshall 68, passed away on June 18, 2017. Richard was born March 2, 1949 in Denver Colorado to Walter Jarvis and Tina Mendoza. He is survived by siblings David Earl Marshall, Leonard Edward Marshall, and Rose Marie Marshall.
Richard served in the US Coast Guard during the Vietnam War.
