Betty Joyce Huntsman

Betty Joyce Huntsman 1925 ~ 2022 Betty Huntsman (nee Balliger) passed on August 3, 2022 in Golden, Colorado. She was born and grew up in Telluride, Colorado. She attended Mesa College and became an RN after completing nurses training at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver. She married Shirley William Huntsman, who preceded her in death. She is survived by: her children Linda (Frank McGuirk), Tami, and Bill (Barb); 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; her sister, Joan Mallory; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Denver on September 22 at 3PM. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Elevations Hospice of Colorado in Broomfield.
