Carl Cribari

June 30, 1921 — December 5, 2015

Husband, son, grandfather and great-grandfather. Proceeded in death by wife Jenette (Yantorno) Cribari, parents William and Carmel Cribari and sister Lena Cook. He proudly served his country during World War II and worked with General Douglas McArthur in the Philippines. He was awarded the bronze star for his heroic actions during his service. Carl retired as Vice-President of Elder Quinn and McGill and was recognized as a leader in the trucking industry. He was on the board of directors of Firestone and Motor Wheel. During his career he received numerous awards for his leadership and was instrumental in passing federal legislation for truck safety. He is survived by his son Carl (CG) Cribari (Nancy) grandchildren Paul (Kathleen) , Tiffany (Ben) Wismer, great-grandchildren Antonette and John Wismer and Lillian and Anne Cribari, brother George Cribari and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
