Mary Caruthers

Mary Francis Caruthers passed away peacefully while sleeping on September 29th in her Indio California home at age of 86.

She was born on March 30th 1936 in Rule Texas. She moved to California as a child and to the Palm Springs area in 1980.

She worked as a restaurant owner/manager and also 2 country clubs. Later in life she drove a school bus for Desert Sands Unified School District for 22 years until hee retirement at age 72.

She was preceded in death by her sons Jonnie Porch of Azle Texas and Donald "Nick Caruthers. 

She was survived by her sons Cliff Porch of Azle, Texas, Jess Salais of Indio California, Gari Salais of Arizona and her daughter Mary Pesheck of Indio California. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Including Nicholas Otterbach of LA Quinta California. 

Services will be held at the Shadle Family Cemetery in Aspermont Texas.
