Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live even though they die." John 11:25
**Obituary for Tammy Lee Hoffman (Lominack)** Tammy Lee Hoffman, a beacon of kindness and unwavering faith, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2025, in Lakeland, Florida, surrounded by the love of her family and friends. Born in Akron, Ohio, on May 24, 1965, she was a source of light to everyone who knew her. Tammy’s commitment to her faith was profound. She loved the Lord with all her heart and passionately shared her beliefs, serving as an inspiration to those around her. Throughout her life, Tammy embodied the traits of kindness, loyalty, generosity, curiosity, and honesty. Her generous spirit touched many, and she built friendships that would last a lifetime. Tammy attended Jackson High School in Jackson, Ohio, before moving to Tampa, Florida, where she graduated from Leto High School. Her professional journey began at Publix, where she dedicated twelve years of her life before exploring new horizons. She returned to education, attaining a degree in Medical Coding and certification as a Nurse Assistant. Most notably, she served under Dr. Vargas for many years, where her care for patients was evident. Her passions included sun-soaked days at the beach, cherished visits to Myrtle Beach, and the joys of good movies shared with friends. Nothing brought her more happiness than spending time conversing with her sons and family in Ohio, enjoying lunch and movies together, and creating lasting memories. Tammy was the loving mother of David (deceased), Nicholas, and Jeremiah Lominack and a proud grandmother to four grandchildren—Dave Lane Lominack III, Cassandra Mae Lominack, Jackson Lominack, and Evangeline Lominack. She also leaves behind her devoted mother, Beverly Gross (Terry); sister Tracy Litterdale; brother Troy Hoffman (Carol); beloved boyfriend Randy Swiney; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever hold her dear in their hearts. In honoring her wishes, there will be no formal services. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to a favorite charity, continuing Tammy's spirit of generosity. As we remember Tammy, her profound faith resonates in her favorite scripture: “Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live even though they die’” (John 11:25). In this truth, her loved ones find comfort, knowing she has entered eternal life, forever inspiring those she left behind.
