Jarrett Donald Tenney

Jarrett “Jay” Donald Tenney, 48, of Merritt Island Florida, passed away on May 23rd 2026. Jay was born March 19th 1978, in Melrose, Massachusetts, though he grew up in Northen New Hampshire. Jay was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to all that knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving mother Linda J. Tenney and father H. Douglas Tenney. He is also survived by his sister Rebecka Trelstad (Donald), his brother Doug Tenney Jr., his Aunt Dawn Tenney – Gilmore (Blake), his Uncle Greg Krzyzak, his niece Gabby, his nephew Nick, as well as many other extended family members and friends.

Jay was predeceased in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.

His family, and those who knew Jay will miss him deeply. He was a kind, caring man who cherished spending time with those he loved in the mountains of New Hampshire and on the beaches of Florida.

Jay will be cremated, and his final resting place will be determined by family at a later date. In honor of Jay, the family suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
