Arlene A. Johnson, 88, of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away on June 30, 2026. She was born on September 20, 1937, in Cairo, Ohio, to the late Don and Vernie (Wood) Earl. On December 24, 1971, she married Thomas E. Johnson, who survives.

Arlene was a graduate of Lima Central High School, class of 1955. She moved to South Florida in 1960. She retired from the data processing department at McArthur Dairy, Miami, Florida, in 1980.

She is survived by her stepdaughter, Alice (Matthew) Buck; nieces, Diane (Max) Miller and Lori (Kelly) Ebling; nephews, Mike (Patricia) Ebling, Randy (Cindy) Ebling, Scott Ebling, Nick (Michelle) Earl and Ned (Nancy) Earl; great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her stepdaughter, Deborah Johnson; siblings, Robert (Patricia) Earl and Donna May McClanahan; and nephew, Neal Earl.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Cairo United Methodist Church, 210 W Main Street, Cairo, Ohio, with visitation one hour prior to service from 10 AM – 11 AM. Pastor Ted Bible officiating. Burial service to follow at Cairo East Cemetery with reception to follow at Cairo United Methodist Church.
