Moore, Barbara E., 86, of St. Petersburg, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2007, with family by her side. She was born in Liberty, Indiana on August 11, 1920, to Mary and William Richardson. She married Stanley Moore in 1935, and they celebrated 63 years of marriage before he preceded her in death in 1998. They lived in Dayton, Ohio, and moved to St. Petersburg in 1953 where Stanley owned and operated Stan?s Auto Sales and Barbara worked as a title clerk, in addition to raising her family. Barbara was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and past president of the Women of the Church. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Whitney Hartwell, and son-in-law, William W. Hartwell, of St. Petersburg, her son, S.W. Bill Moore, and daughter-in-law, Kathy Moore of Sarasota, four grandchildren: Jennifer Moore, Michael Moore, and Kathryn Moore of Sarasota, Daniel Moore of Tampa; and three great grandchildren: Avi, Jadon and Adelyn all of Sarasota. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 19th at 10:00 am. In the Chapel at Westminster Suncoast Health Center, 6909 Dr. MLK St. So. 33705. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to I.G. Foster Scholarship Fund, Westminster Suncoast.
