85, of St. Petersburg, FL, died on Saturday, October 30th at Hospice Woodside. She was born in Lima, OH, and came to Florida in 1943 as a Navy wife. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Anne and George Benjamin Luther (Tex) Stowe. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Thomas Edward Quillin; her children, Frances, Kathleen, Nancy, Thomas, and Michael; her brother, Neil Stowe ; her 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
