87, passed away on January 31, 2008. Born in Crystal City, Texas on January 9, 1921, she served in the Navy during WWII. She earned both a B.S. and Master's Degree in Education. She taught at the Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind. She moved to St. Petersburg with her husband and mother in 1951. She worked at Goodwill Industries as a Program Coordinator for 30 years. She loved dogs and cats, reading, feeding birds and squirrels, and watching football on TV. She will be deeply missed by her friends at the Princess Martha, especially by her 4 adopted daughters, Jane, Julie, Denise, and Pam. Memorial donations may be made to Family Resources, 5180 - 62nd Ave. N., Pinellas Park, FL 33781.
