Devlin, Francis H. ?Frank?, 72, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday, May 4th, 2005 at his home under Hospice care. He was born in New York, NY and came here in 1975 from Upper Greenwood Lake, NJ. where he was a machinist and a union ironworker. Locally, he was the former owner of Fancy Frank?s Restaurant on 66th Street North in St. Petersburg and Dev?s Fence Company. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a member of BPOE Lodge #1224, Nitram Lodge #188 F&AM, VFW Post #4364, and AMVETS Post #8 where he was the Past Commander, all in St. Petersburg. Mr. Devlin was honored in February of this year when the AMVETS Post was renamed Frank Devlin AMVETS Post #8. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna J.; 2 daughters, Linda Marsella and Suzanne Whitaker; 1 son, Bill Devlin, all of St. Petersburg; and 5 grandchildren.
