Partridge, John, 72, of Largo, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at Hospice House Woodside. Born in East Providence, RI, John moved to Florida in 1992. He served during the Korean Conflict with the United States Marine Corp. John specialized in lapidary and worked for 40 years until his retirement for Deiges & Clust in Providence, RI. He was of the Catholic faith. He loved to go fishing, clamming, and walking. John was a people person with the philosophy that no one was a stranger, they were friends with whom he hadn't met yet. John is survived by his daughters: Sheryl Price of Oldsmar, FL and Rhonda Pina of NC; his son: Craig Argencourt of Bradenton, FL; 7 grandchildren: Frankie, Derek, and Fallon Pina, Alana and Nicholas Price, Craig and Jonathan Argencourt; 1 great-granddaughter: Giana; brother: Robert Partridge of North Providence, RI and the late Leona Champlin, Anita Musco, Winifred Marold, Marilyn, Edward, Pearce, Charles and James Partridge. The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th at The Hospice House Woodside, 6770 102nd Ave N., Pinellas Park, FL at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, 5770 Roosevelt Blvd., Clearwater, FL 33770. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home -Tyrone Chapel -727 347-6636
