Joseph J. Capaccio

Joseph J. "Joe" Capaccio, 90, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Friday, June 24, 2011 at his residence. Joe was born in Manhattan, NY and moved to St. Petersburg in 1983 from Queens, NY. He was a self employed chemical salesman and was an Army veteran of WW II. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and a 2nd Degree member of the Knights Of Columbus Council #2105 in St. Petersburg. He is survived by a daughter, D.J. St. Jon of San Diego, CA; a grandson, Marcus Bakalac of St. Petersburg; and a nephew, John Wilson. He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Angelina J Capaccio. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 15, 2011 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 200-78th Avenue N.E. with Father Paul Mangiafico, Celebrant.
