Lucille I. "Ceil" Mohr, 80, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Monday, March 3, 2008. She came to St. Petersburg in 1998 from her native Toledo, OH. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John The Baptist Church in Toledo. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Robert E. Sr.; one son, Robert E. Mohr, Jr. of Toledo; one daughter, Teresa C. Mohr of Seattle, WA. two brothers, Glen and Jack Abrams; two sisters, Eleanor J. Buder and Sharon I. Hogan all of Toledo; three grandsons and two great grandchildren.
