Margaret Elizabeth Baeten

Baeten, Margaret Elizabeth, 84, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday March 29th at St. Anthony?s Hospital. Born in Wylam, AL, she moved to St. Petersburg in 1924 from her native. She was a graduate of St. Petersburg High School class of 1939. She worked for Maas Brothers and was crowned queen of Maas Brothers in 1959. She also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Majestic Towers for many years. She was a member of St. Paul?s Catholic Church and a volunteer at St. Anthony?s Hospital for many years. She enjoyed watching TV and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her daughter, Catherine R. Anschuetz, two sons Robert G. Baeten and John T. Baeten, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral & Cremation Centers ? N.E. St. Petersburg.
