Matthews, Mary Chabot, 91, of Seminole, Florida, died Monday, May 31, 2004 under Hospice care. Born in East Barnet, Vermont, she to Seminole in 1952 from Hardwick, Vermont. She was a Catholic and a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, Elmer Wayne Matthews of St. Petersburg and Lloyd Paul Matthews of Buda, Texas; a daughter, Joyce Goodman of Winter Springs, Florida; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.
