Pamela J. Gallagher

Gallagher, Pamela J. "Pam" 56, of St. Petersburg, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Born in Miami, FL, she came here in 1986 from Memphis, TN. She graduated from the University of Miami in 1977 and the University of Miami Medical School in 1983. She did her residency at St. Jude Children's Hospital in 1986 and then began practicing in St. Petersburg where she joined Cordes Patranella & Winkler in 1998. She has been the Division of Pediatrics Chairman at St. Petersburg General Hospital for 2 years. She was a member of Lutheran Church of the Cross. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald E. and LaVerne Gallagher. She is survived by her brother, Donald E. Gallagher Jr., Margate, FL. There will be a visitation from 12pm-1pm on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at Lutheran Church of the Cross followed by a funeral service at 1pm. Burial will take place the following week at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery in Miami.
