Ruby J. Parker,94, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Friday, August 16, 2002 at Carrington Place Convalescent Center. She was born in Garfield, GA and came here in 1925 from Monroe, NC. She was a seamstress at Amin Beder Dress Shop on Central Avenue for many years and was Baptist. She is survived by one sister Ottis T. Cowart of Metter, GA, three granddaughters, Marsha L. Hill of Riverview, FL, Brenda H. Hitt of St. Pete Beach, FL, Lisa D. Hill of Gulfport, FL and several nieces and nephews.
