84, of Largo, died August 22, 2008 at Hospice Woodside. Born in Huntington, NY, he moved here in 1994 from Baltimore, MD. He was a veteran of the Army, having served during WWII. He was a Presbyterian. He was a member of the American Legion Post #360 in Huntington, NY, Post #0273, Madeira Beach, VFW Post 6694, Dundalk, MC and the Baltimore, MD DAV. Survivors include his son, Peter; a daughter, Joanne Snell, and three grandsons, Steven, Andrew and Matthew. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial donations to Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. Burial will take place at Huntington Rural Cemetery in New York.
