Deborah Lynn Johnson

Deborah “Debbie” Lynn Johnson, 68, of Arvada, Colorado, passed away on September 13, 2025, in Centennial, Colorado, following a stroke.

Debbie was born on January 22, 1957, in Arvada, to Robert “Bob” and Pat Johnson, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Bob Jr. and David Johnson, and her cousin, Kara Hammond Stork.

She is survived by her loving aunt and uncle, Jim and Kathy Hammond, as well as her dear cousins, Rod (Molly) Johnson, Cindy Johnson, and J.B. Hammond.

Debbie dedicated her life to caring for others. She worked in childcare, where her gentle spirit and kind heart touched the lives of countless children and families. She had a special love for animals and nature, finding joy in long walks, music, and especially singing.

A lifelong member of Arvada Presbyterian Church, Debbie served faithfully as an Elder, guiding her congregation with warmth and devotion. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, and her compassion for others was evident in all she did.

Debbie will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and the love she poured into her family, friends, and community.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Louisville Cemetery, Louisville, Colorado.
