Bonita "Bonnie" Jo Osceola, Waa Bii Go Nins Little Flower, 60, of Cloquet died peacefully Saturday, November 23, 2019 in St. Luke's Hospice, Duluth.
Bonita made the Dean's List at FDLTCC and was currently in recovery. Bonita was very involved in her program and proud of her accomplishment. She enjoyed reading, dancing at Powwow's, singing and spending time with her grandchildren. She was very strong willed and above all, Bonita took care of her family. She was a beautiful woman and loved everyone.
Bonita was preceded in death by her husband, Glen E. Osceola; son, Victor "Florida" Varga; sister, Elizabeth Vogan; and brother, Riley Thompson, Daniel A. Webster Sr., nephew, Cheyenne Thompson; Emmette Thompson and Betty Skull
Bonita is survived by her daughters, Danielle Webster and MorningStar Webster; sisters, Nancy Seppala and Gail Thompson; brothers, Bruce Thompson and Clifford Thompson; grandchildren, Felix Webster-Fox, Aliyana Y. Webster-Martinez, and Katalya Danielle Webster-Martinez.
Traditional Wake Service will begin at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the Fond du Lac Head Start and continue through the night until the 10:00 a.m. Traditional Funeral Service Wednesday, November 27, 2019. Military Honors will be accorded by the Fond du Lac and Cloquet Combined Honor Guard. Refreshments will follow. Burial will be in Old Holy Family Cemetery.
