Thomas "Jeff" Smith, 50, died Friday, April 22, 2011 at home. Jeff was born in Orlando, FL.
He was predeceased by his parents, Charles Grady and Eula Mae Smith, and brother, Charles Grady Smith, Jr. He is survived by his son, Timothy Jason Smith; daughter-in-law, Monica Smith; granddaughter, Gabriella Smith; sisters, Linda Coen and Shirley Mc Roberts; and 9 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Cocoa First Assembly of God at 6 P.M. Friday, April 29th.
