Constance Malamisura
April 28, 1942 — April 27, 2026
Constance "Connie" Malamisura, 83, of Satellite Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully of natural causes at home on April 27, 2026, just one day before her 84th birthday. Born on April 28, 1942, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Connie lived a life defined by boundless generosity, unwavering devotion, and a love that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Connie married Francis "Frank" Malamisura in 1961, and together they built a life rooted in faith, family, and service to others. She was a dedicated wife and mother to their four children, nurturing her family with the same warmth and tenderness she extended to all who crossed her path. Those who knew Connie often remarked that she was beautiful inside and out, a woman whose grace and kindness were evident in every interaction.
Throughout her life, Connie demonstrated a remarkable work ethic and a gift for bringing people together. She served as District Manager for Today's Women clothing store, where her leadership and personal warmth earned the respect of colleagues and customers alike. Later, she became the beloved Activities Director at Lamplighter Village, where she became famous for the delicious dinners she prepared for residents and for fostering a true sense of community among her neighbors.
Connie's greatest passion, however, was serving others. She gave freely of herself in every way imaginable, whether that meant feeding the hungry, clothing those in need, counseling the troubled, or simply opening her home and her heart to anyone who needed kindness and love. Her volunteer work was not confined to any single organization; rather, it was woven into the very fabric of her daily life, a continuous and generous outpouring of whatever was needed by those around her.
A devout Catholic, Connie was a devoted member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, where she served faithfully as a sacristan and dedicated patron. Her deep and abiding faith in the Lord was the wellspring from which her extraordinary compassion flowed. She understood her life's purpose as one of service, and she fulfilled that calling with joy, humility, and a steadfast trust in God's grace. Her family takes comfort in knowing that she now rests in the eternal peace and love of the Savior she served so faithfully throughout her life.
Connie is survived by her beloved husband, Francis "Frank" Malamisura; her sons, Frank Malamisura, Mark Malamisura(Rebecca); and her daughter, Sandra Malamisura Darling(Scott), 5 Grandchildren,10 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild and Her 5 Sisters; Pat(Mark), Marie(Mickey), Joanne, Karen and Polly(Mitch). She was preceded in death by her daughter, Theresa Malamisura (Rearick ) and by her Parents, Joseph and Pauline Polachek.
