Beth Montalvo of Indialantic, FL peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her family after a long struggle with cancer on September 11, 2016. She was born on November 24, 1966 in Plattsburgh, NY. She attended South Side HS, in Rockville Centre NY, Florida International University, FL where she received a BS in Hospitality Management. On April 21, 2002, at Sunset on the Beach, Key West Florida she married Jason Montalvo and together they raised their son Alexander. Beth worked as a Real Estate Broker. She volunteered at the teen center at Unity of Melbourne.
Beth truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family, going to the beach and spending time with her husband and son. Beth had an uncanny ability to reach people with her big heart and smile. She was a brave, iron-willed woman, even throughout her final weeks.
Beth is survived by husband Jason, son Alexander, mother Dianne Ebert, step father Max Cawal and father William Gonzalez, step daughters, Chantelle Hughes, Liane Montalvo, Alannah Montalvo , grandchildren Cameron and Zachary, her brother Robert Gonzalez, sister-in-law, Patti Gonzalez, step sisters: Lisa Carnevale, Lori Bader, Leslie Sadownick, and many Aunt, Uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016, 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to Unity of Melbourne, unityofmelbourne.com, donation on the bottom of the home page, put donation amount in "Classes" and code it: "Beth Montalvo Memorial Garden".
