Anne Elizabeth Charters

Anne Elizabeth Charters, 74, died Monday, August 3, 2009 at her home surrounded by her loving daughters.
She was born Anne Elizabeth Goldbeck on November 19, 1934 in Roxborough, Philadelphia, PA.
Anne graduated with honors from Temple University in 1956 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She went on to have a long and successful career as an Elementary School Educator.
She taught in Pennsylvania, Virginia and retired in the 1990's after teaching at Audubon Elementary School in Merritt Island, FL.
Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Charters. She is survived by her daughters, Mychelle Anne Charters of Los Angeles, CA and Damona Claire Charters of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Anne was a vibrant, compassionate, bright light who touched many lives. She was a devout Catholic and a member of the Church of Our Saviour in Cocoa Beach.
There will be a viewing at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home in Cocoa Beach, (321) 784-0116, on Thursday, August 6, 2009 from 4 pm to 7pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Friday, August 7, 2009 at Our Saviour's Catholic Church in Cocoa Beach. Interment will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge, FL.
Flowers are welcomed or donations may be made to Catholic Charities USA, in memory of Anne.
