Betty Lou Milne

Betty Lou Milne, 80, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2009. She was born September 30, 1929 in Irwin, PA and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Prior to retirement, she was employed by Westinghouse Airbrake and Park Vale Bank in Pennsylvania . They moved to Florida to enjoy their retirement and family. She lived in Cape Canaveral, FL for many years before moving to Vierra.
Betty Lou is survived by her husband, David A. of 55 years and her brother Jack Royed of California . She is preceded in death by her sisters Sylvia Dwyer, PA and Jean Lindh IN. She is also survived by her children David of Sarasota, FL, Donald ( Sheron ) Milne , Melbourne , FL, Scott ( Wendy) Milne Greensburg, PA and Debra ( Elias) Christiansen, Rockledge , FL. She was the loving Grandmother to Jason Milne and Jackie Vixamar, Lauren and Briana Milne, Eliza and Casey Christiansen and great granddaughter Mya Vixamar.
She was also a devoted mother to her cat, Mikey. She will be remembered for her wonderful cooking and her love for her family.She was a avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00P.M., Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home Chapel in Viera, FL. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 2 hours prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to www.Multiplemyeloma.org.
