Clarence Llewellyn Day

Clarence Llewellyn Day, Jr., 74, passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, October 27, 2007 surrounded by family. He is survived by his loving wife, Agnes Day; His cherished daughter, Kristi Clarke and her husband John; his caring sons, Steven of West Virginia, Rusty of California and Gary Hauser of Singapore; and his brother Royce of Maine. Born in Bangor, Maine in 1933 to Dorothy and Clarence, he entered the Army and had a successful tour as a sergeant. Clarence was a career accountant and controller of Capital Milk Dairy Coop where he was well loved. Clarence was a well read man, whose intelligence and quick wit earned him respect wherever he ventured. His wisdom and family values left an imprint on those he loved. The family wishes to express gratitude to his Hospice Team and the caring staff at Atlantic Shores. . A Mass celebrating his life will be held at 1:00pm Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at Our Saviour's Catholic Church in Cocoa Beach.
