Frances Gardner

Frances Gardner, 88, a resident of Cocoa Beach for over 50 years, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at the Health Care Center of Merritt Island. Frances was a 1939 graduate of West Virginia University and was an Analytical Chemist for the American Viscose Corporation in West Virginia prior to moving to Brevard County. She was also a teacher and a substitute-teacher in Brevard County for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stan Gardner. Frances is survived by her sons, Charles and Frank; daughter, Malinda; and their spouses; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, November 29, 2007 from 10AM to 12PM at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home in Cocoa Beach.
