George Pedersen, Jr

George T. Pedersen, Jr., passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at Wuesthoff Medical Center in Rockledge. He was born in Chicago and had lived in Brevard County since 1997. George served in the United States Navy on various ships and submarines. He earned many awards and citations and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer after 30 years. George is survived by his best friend and wife of 44 years, Anne Pedersen and children, Jeffrey and Karen. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Suzanne. He will be missed and loved forever by extended family and friends. Calling hours will be from 11 until 1pm with services at 1pm Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home in Cocoa Beach. Interment will follow at Florida Memorial Park with full military honors.
