Biography Hugo Manuel Delgado, Jr. 50, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2009 at his residence in Melbourne Fl. Hugo was Chief of Electrical Division at NASA and a avid University of Miami Hurricane Fan. He is survived by his wife, Judith “Judy” Delgado; son, Kevin Delgado; mother, Carmen Delgado; sister, Carmen Rosa Vega. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30AM, Saturday, July 11, 2009 at St John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 5655 Stadium Parkway, Viera Fl. The family will receive friends at the Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home, 5400 Village Dr. Viera Fl, Friday, July 10, 2009 from 6 till 8P.M.
