John (Jack) Van Hemel 87 passed away July 7, 2010 Melbourne, FL (formerly of Churchville, NY and Conway, SC) Jack was predeceased by his wives Isabel and Margaret. He is survived by his children, son Paul (Barbara) Van Hemel of Melbourne, Fl.., daughter Jeanette (Nick) Blasé of Gainesville, FL., son Kenneth (Christine) Van Hemel of Webster, NY., sister Virginia Updyke of Macedon, NY,. Jack had five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He served as a Navy Seabee Veteran of WWII and retired from Kodak. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St Vincent de Paul Church at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 13, 2010 and interment at St Vincent de Paul Cemetery in Churchville, NY.
