Leo Archer Kissinger

Leo Kissinger, 81, passed away 28 Oct 2015. Born in EI Centro, California on 5 December 1933, Leo grew up in Gallatin, Missouri where he met Coletta, his wife of 60 years. After a tour of duty with the Air Force, Leo graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He was hired by General Electric where he spent his entire career working with the computer guidance systems for the Polaris, Poseidon and Trident missiles on Navy submarines. Leo culminated his career as Manager-Shipboard Operations at Port Canaveral. In retirement, Leo enjoyed playing golf with friends and assisting Coletta with duties assigned to him. He is survived by his loving wife Coletta, his two sons Kelly Kissinger (Anne) and Jeff Kissinger, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Arrangements are entrusted to Beckman- Williamson Funeral Homes and Crematory. There will be a private family ceremony. In lieu of flowers, Leo had requested donations be made to the American Heart Association. You may sign Leo's guest book at www.beckman-williamson.com
