Leslie Linsenbarth

Leslie L. Linsenbarth, 80, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at Cape Canaveral Hospital. Leslie was born to the late Alice and Leslie Linsenbarth on May 25, 1929 in Yonkers, NY. He proudly served his country in the Army from 1951-1953. Mr. Linsenbarth was the Founder and Dean of the Barry University for Adult Education in Brevard County. He was a current member and Past District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler for Cocoa Beach Elks Lodge #2387. Leslie is survived by his sister, Lois Daly and her husband Jim; nephews, Tom E. Daly and James M. Daly and his wife DaniLynn; nieces, Laurie A. Hart and husband Tim and Leslie S. Roeger and husband Jeff; and six loving grand-nieces and nephews. He was a devout catholic and an active parishioner for the Church of Our Saviour in Cocoa Beach. A wake will be held from 4 till’ 6 on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home in Cocoa Beach. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30AM, Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at the Church of Our Saviour in Cocoa Beach.
