Brenda Marie Schultz
July 25, 1961 — May 29, 2026
Brenda Marie Schultz (née Bartizal), born July 25, 1961, in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a longtime resident of Rockledge, Florida, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by the love of her life and devoted husband of 45 years, Brian; her children, Rebecca (Dante) and Robert (Camilla); and her cherished grandchildren, Logan, Quentin, Estelle, and Victoria. She is also survived by her mother, Bonnie, and Bonnie’s spouse, Mike; her brother, Steven; and many beloved in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Brenda was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Bartizal; mother-in-law Janice Schultz; her brothers-in-law, Steve Schultz and Karl Cooper; and her grandmother, Ruth.
Brenda began her career in the medical field, where she took great pride in helping those around her. She later became known affectionately as “Miss Brenda” at Ruby Tuesday, where she worked for more than a decade and touched the lives of countless people through her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for others.
Brenda had a vibrant spirit and a zest for life. She was an avid Lilly Pulitzer collector, loved anything purple, and was a devoted fan of Prince. She enjoyed cooking for those she loved and created treasured memories on Disney vacations and cruises with family and friends. The cruises she shared with Brian were a special joy, and through them she created lasting memories for everyone who joined them along the way.
Brenda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Though our hearts are broken by her loss, we will forever cherish the love, laughter, and memories she gave us. Her legacy will live on in the lives she touched and in the family she loved so dearly.
A memorial service celebrating Brenda’s life will be held on July 25, 2026, at the Beckman-Williamson Funeral Homes and Crematory in Rockledge Florida.
To celebrate Brenda’s vibrant spirit, the family kindly requests attendees wear Lilly Pulitzer or purple.
The family welcomes donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in lieu of flowers, which may be made through the link listed below.
