Betty Lou Peck (aka Grandma Cookies), beloved mother, sister and grandmother passed away on September 6, 2011 at 82. She was born on October 30, 1928 in Sioux Falls, SD to Orval and Pearl Eno. She graduated from Cleveland High School in Seattle, WA. She married William C. Peck February 18, 1950 until his death January 27, 1981. Betty was a long-time resident of Lynnwood where she worked at Group Health for 23 years; retiring in 1991. Betty was artistic; she loved her flowers, enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, going for rides, reading, and watching the Mariner games. She was never without a book and passed on her joy of reading to her children. She was preceded in death by her husband William C. Peck and her brother sister-in-law Richard and Dorothy Eno. She is survived by her six children: Cheryl (Dan) Storey of Lynnwood, WA, Diana (Dan) Wilkins of Shoreline, WA, Cynthia (Keith) Craig of Lynnwood, WA, Pamela (Brian) Duran of Bothell, WA, Patrick (Shirley) Peck of Edmonds, WA and Steven Peck of Battle Ground, WA. Betty is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Lillian Eno of Pinkney, MI, sisters-in-law Shirley Peck of Burlington, WA and Shirley Peck of Mundelein, IL. She had 14 grandchildren: Trevor, Heidi, and Travis Hominick, Tyler Storey, Brian and Bruce Wilkins, Angela, Julie and Melissa Craig, Scott Labrash, Nicole Duran, Brianna Labrash, Robert and Heather Peck; as well as 5 great-grandchildren. Our family would like to thank all those that have remembered us with cards, flowers and kind words during this difficult time. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
