Charles William Kissell

Charles William Kissell 12-30-1921 - 11-18-2014 Charles was born to Clarence and Margaret Traylor Kissell in Caon City, Colorado. pHe spent his early years exploring the hills around Greenwood, Colorado. pEnlisted in the Army during World War II, and after discharge, enlisted in the United States Air Force, retiring in 1961 after twenty years of combined service. pWhile in the Air Force, he married Betty Jean Walker in 1947. Together they raised four children. pAfter retiring from the Air Force, he went to work for the Mukilteo School District and retired after twenty-four years, in 1985 pCharles was a loyal member of the Masonic Order for over fifty years. He was a member of the South Pueblo Lodge No 31, Alpha Lodge 212 and Valley of Everett Scottish Rite. He was also a member of the Everett Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Margaret Ballantine, Clara Downer, and Louise Shake and his eldest son Charles. pCharles is survived by Betty, his wife of 68 years; daughter Rebecca Bressler (Rick); sons Russell (Valerie,) and Gregory. Grandchildren: Tanya Kuest (Dave,) Brandon Wicken, Kortney Christian (Jason), and Nickolas Kissell.
