Jeffrey Alen Mattox

Jeffrey Alen Mattox passed away on May 14, 2026, at age 36 in Everett, WA. He was born on May 25, 1989, to Deborah (Lockman) Mattox and Bruce L. Mattox in Anchorage, AK. Jeffrey and his family moved to Lynnwood, WA, in 1994, where he attended Spruce and Lynnwood Elementary schools, followed by Meadowdale Middle and Meadowdale High Schools.

He worked at Ivars, Wendy’s, and Bobs Burgers, where he was known for his diligence and reliability. He had a strong passion for automotive work, teaching himself to repair and maintain his 01 CLK Mercedes convertible and various other cars. He also cherished the five years of constant companionship he shared with his loyal Doberman Pinscher, Leo.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Deborah Lockman; his grandmother, Linda Lockman; sisters, Brittany Mattox and Rachael Lockman; niece, Scarlett Wolfe; aunt, Charlene Lockman; and uncle, Mel McGhee. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Lockman. His warmth, generosity, and quick wit will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held at Becks Tribute Center in Edmonds starting at 11:00 AM, followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
