Constance M. Collette

"Wilbraham, Constance M. (Murphy) Collette, 76, died peacefully on Thursday, July 14th at Life Care Center in Wilbraham. She was born in Boston and was the daughter of Richard and Helen (Budd) Murphy. She was a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church and worked for many years at the Pizza Pub Restaurant and Wilbraham Pharmacy. She enjoyed reading, watching movies and time with her family. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, George Collette, in 2014. Constance will be deeply missed by her three children, Craig Collette and his wife Felicia of Springfield, John Collette of Chicopee, and Tracy Blanchard and her husband Matthew of Wilbraham, along with 4 grandsons, Nathan and Aaron Collette and Kyle and Christopher Blanchard and her great grandson, Parker. Her siblings, Richard Murphy and his wife Ellen of Salem, NH, Robert Murphy and his wife Carol of Merimack, NH, Lois Murphy of Troy, NY and Pam Hall and her husband Herb of FL along with many nieces and nephews also survive her. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Life Care Center for the loving and compassionate care provided to their mom at the end of her life. Visitation will be Monday, July 18th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St. A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Cecilia's Church with burial to follow in Woodland Dell Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at the church.
