David W. Halsall

"Palmer - David W. Halsall , 66, of Thorndike St. died on October 3, 2013 at Baystate Medical Center. Born April 6, 1947 in Winchester, MA, he was the son of Tom Halsall and Doris (Currier). David graduated from Monson Academy and lived in Palmer for the past 50 years. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army. David worked as a heavy duty truck mechanic at Western MA Rendering Co. in Southwick for over 30 years. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 44 years, Fay (Thomas) along with his daughter Holly Tomaino and her husband Steven of Montague as well as a brother Tom Halsall and his wife Nancy of Osgood, Ontario. Visitation will be Monday, Oct. 7th from 4:00- 7:00 PM at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home with private services and burial.
