"Belchertown - David A. Partridge, 55, of Old Bay Road died on February 22, 2010 at Cooley Dickinson Hosptial with his family by his side. He was born April 20, 1954 in Holyoke, MA, son of the late Harold and Helen (Superson) Partridge. He lived in Belchertown since 1975, previously living in South Hadley. David worked as a machinist for over 30 years and recently started his own landscaping business. Being a true outdoorsman, he loved hunting, bass fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 34 years, Clair (Johnson) along with his children Amanda Partridge of Belchertown, and Melissa Conlin and her husband Jared of Southampton along with his brother Richard Partridge of North Carilona. David will also be long remembered by his two grandsons Dylan and Camron and in laws, Warren and Pauline Johhnson along with extended family and friends. Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. The family will be holding a private memorial celebration of his life. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Belchertown Land Trust, PO Box 152, Belchertown, MA 01007. "
